Keto and Gluten Free
The ingredients are Cocoa mass, Inulin, Erythritol, cocoa butter, sea salt, real vanilla extract, stevia and milk powder.140 calories, 17 carbs, 9 fibre, 8 net carbs per bar. Really nice dark chocolate flavour. Just the odd hint of sea salt. The bars are small, but rich. Can be broken, for an easy divide, if the entire bar is too much. Great for traveling. Made in Canada.

GO BACK to OLD recipe and flavours!
These are NASTY! Going straight to the garbage. WHY did you change the recipe? I have been buying Ross's chocolates by the box faithfully for 3 years. These stevia ones are disgusting. Second, all the flavours are weird now! Lemon and chocolate?? Ewww! I thought I'd try it because for many years I have bought your old recipe chocolates, all GREAT! The new texture is brutal, like a lump of peanut butter in your mouth with a very bitter aftertaste from the lemon oil that burns and lasts for hours. Also lacking in sweetness. Stevia is a low-grade, bad-tasting sweetener in general and doomed to fail. GO BACK to the OLD recipe and make the old flavours PLUS get some new flavours that make sense! Not things like lemon-chocolate for Pete's sake. Ditch this stevia recipe thing, a total bomb in taste and texture. Now this is the second box I have bought that goes in the garbage: the last one there was an overdose of mint at the factory, burnt my tongue on that one too. Stop wasting my money and my trust. You had a good thing already, you just needed to add new flavours while keeping the recipe the same. The old flavours made sense: Mint chocolate, dark chocolate with orange, dark chocolate with raspberry, chocolate almond. That makes sense, lemon and chocolate and all the other weird flavours are bizarre.

So Yummy!
I've seen people complain about the "new formulation" using Stevia. It's true that Stevia is an acquired taste, and I'm not a big Stevia fan. However, these chocolate bars are AWESOME, especially if you're on Keto. The Quinoa and chocolate is also excellent. I wish all of the Ross Chocolates would come in a Stevia version. Maltitol is horrible, evil, bowel busting stuff. I would definitely recommend Ross Stevia bars!
