At first the items would not work. I tried everything and they would not spray. I contacted Pinkiou and they were very prompt in getting back to me. I received new Item and still it would not work. I again contacted Customer Service. They were very gracious. I got a lady who sent me video of the item working for her. I sent video mine was not working She stayed with me on the phone via video until we finally figured it out. It turns out that once the unit is charged, there a little button above the charge portal. You have to push that button, and if it is red the unit is not charged properly, if it is blue then unit will work. So far the new unit works perfectly fine now. I'm happy now.. I use water base foundation in it and I love the results.

There is a lot of small intricate features. This is cool, but I hope some small part or gasket doesn't fail after some use and render the product obsolete. So far, it looks decently durable for everyday use.I don't really like the silver plastic parts. It looks okay from a distance, but I can tell it isn't quality plastic.
