I was reluctant to buy this product since it was not exactly cheap and one of my physical therapist/chiropractor said headstand is not good for neck and it is not good to bring blood to the head. Yet I have heard positive effect of inversions so I bought this product. I have been using this product for a week and I feel I have made a great investment. My neck is elongated, and it is relaxing. It was difficult to assemble because the instruction came only with pictures. But I made it work. If you have never done hand stand before, it maybe good idea to ask a yoga teacher or some professional to help you so you don't hurt yourself.

Easy to assemble. Feels sturdy. Seems good quality. Have not tried to actually use it regularly yet. Not suitable for actually sitting on it, since it is not designed as a regular stool or bench.

Love it!!! Excellent quality!! (Anyone who says it’s wobbly or unstable probably put it together wrong) So easy to put together- took me 5 minutes. Really impressed!!!

Simple and easy assembly instruction. It looked pretty good and compact. My wife and i love to do yoga but we have never perform a head stand before, but i think we did pretty wellness for first timers. Now we can do it every day. It helps a lot

Very happy with the quality. I have been trying to improve core strength to help with posture and back pain. I kept looking at a more expensive version that was advertised on social media. I finally looked on Amazon and saw this one looked very similar, and was less expensive. It feels sturdy. There is no cracking or give that makes me fear it wont hold me. My husband even tried it and it held him with no problems. The padding is nice. It does not hurt my shoulders. I'm looking forward to learning more workouts I can do with this bench!

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift, he wants to get the benefit of head stand without the risk. He loves it. Assembly was easy and resulted in a sturdy platform for his 200lb frame.

My first bench arrived damaged but desire life stands behind their products and sent me a brand new one. I am VERY happy with this company and this product. I almost ordered a more expensive one but I am so glad I did not. This is a GREAT product and company!

This was absolutely impossible to put together. While it should be simple the holes are over or under drilled, not allowing for the screw to go into the bolt to hold it together. Even gave it to the man I hire to fix items around my home and it took him over an hour. He had to use putty and glue-
