Works as a lens hood should. Quality is there and consistent. The rubber hood is universal and is a keeper. Highly recommended

These universal lens hood are great if you are missing a lenshood on your lens. It’s a universal fitment as long as you match it with the same front filter diameter. The pedal shape hood seem to be very durable, but the rubber hood is very flimsy but it’s much more compact and you can easily compress it down and store it away.It’s very simple to install. All you have to do is screw it in just like any other lens filter size I bought mine is 67mm and it fits my lens perfectly.These are great for wide angle, lens, as well as telephoto lens, and also a good value for what it is.

I was skeptical about these hoods given the price compared to the factory items from Nikon but I am surprised. They are quite good and for the money, very good indeed. The collapsible hood is my favorite for its versatility. They may not be a favorite for hard core professional photographers but I like them a lot for what I do.

I have an old, but very good Tokina lens that is 77mm. Over the years, I had lost the lens hood and the lens shade. The ones I had seen for sale were too expensive. These were a great value and fit my lens perfectly. Not sure that I will use the collapsible lens shade, but the tulip shade will be used frequently.

Nicely made product. Rubber is pliable and the hood is rigid. These are screw down, not bayonet mounted. Returned, however, as both the hoods blocked a portion of the lens. YMMV.Camera: Nikon Z6IILens: Nikor 24/70 f4

Got two hoods, one a soft rubber hood that folds in and out, and a tulip lens which is of hard plastic, plus an extra lens cap with a elastic strap that holds the lens cap. Very good price and service, as the product arrived on time.

This works great for my Canon Rebel T7, however, the reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the lens cap won't stay on for me. In all honesty it could be user error, but this is the first lens cap I have had issues with. All in all the hood does serve it's purpose in use.

The rubber hood is not sturdy enough to hold its shape, so it pops out to the next position and always gets in your shot. Whoever makes this product should feel bad about wasting the materials that go into it. Don’t waste your time, you’ll only end up returning it.

I reviewed a different replacement package and found the tulip hood would not line up properly when I was using a filter. Even when I'm not using a filter effect, I keep the UV filter on the camera all the time to protect the lens.This package solves this rather ingeniously so it should work that same on all 77mm screws. The tulip hood also has a retaining or block ring. When you secure the hood if it has turned to far, you can turn it back to the correct orientation and then tighten the blocking ring back toward the lens so the hood can stay secure in any orientation. So with this alone it solves the problem 4 times cheaper than the factory replacement (which I'm only going to break in the future 'cause it's a heavy camera and a cheap plastic hood).The package also comes with a replacement lens dust cap but this one is BETTER than the original as it ships with everything you need to tether it to the camera. It has a tiny hole in the side of the dust cover and a string that can be threaded through but even better it also included a stretchy strap with a string and a little glue cap. I was able to put this around my lens in front of the focus wheel and attached the little sticky thing to the front of the new lens cap.There is also a rubber collapsible hood but it has some issues. OK all of these type of hoods block the field of vision when not zoomed out. It's not that big of a deal if you were zoomed out and zoom back in you will see the rubber hood in the viewing field so this will prompt you to collapse the hood for that shot.And of the 2 rubber hoods I looked at, neither one would stay at mid range and since fully collapsed is really no hood, these are ONLY good for zoomed shots.In particular with this hood it did not retain it's round shape, it's kind of half square and half round so I'm not sure how it will work in practice.
