Stop Looking, Just Get This One!
Researched outdoor screens forever on here. The problem with most is the lack of a black backing, they are mostly just sheets. This screen has it. The black backing helps keep any objects and light behind the screen from showing through, giving you a brighter, more vivid picture and helps to compensate for ambient light. The grey vinyl screen surface is very good for outdoor viewing. The fact that it comes with a super easy to assemble frame thats very sturdy is a big bonus. The screen looks and feels very nice quality, and i install real media rooms for a living. It is NOT wrinkle free out of the box or bag (yes, it comes with a bag to pack everything in when not in use) and being vinyl you shouldn't expect that unless its nicely rolled on to a tube after every use but since it is vinyl, if you assemble it and set it out in the sun for a bit with it tight, they will relax just fine. Even high end screens sometimes have to be relaxed. The frame is very sturdy and super quick to assemble. May need two people to attach the screen to keep it off the ground but its really easy as well. The only negative I really see is the velcro fastening straps to attach the screen to the frame, they work great but as with any velcro I can see them getting worn out if you use it alot. I wish they would have just installed eyelets and sent ball bungees with it, at least when the bungee stretches it can just be replaced. Either way this screen and frame are really an amazing deal. The customer service from this seller is absolutely top notch as well so no worry about post purchase issues. Mine came with a bag that was missing a strap. I sent a picture and a quick message and they immediately sent me out a brand new bag. Easy and done. If you are looking for an outdoor screen for movie night and want something you and the adults can really enjoy too then dont pass this one up, its a great bang for the buck purchase!

O.K. for the money and a little more
This screen could've been better, albeit a little more expensive, if it had come with ball-bunjees and a little thicker screen fabric. The frame-stand is good, though it could use a center support on top. I just learned, the hard way, how important a good screen is for projection video. More important than a good projector. I set up this screen as originally intended, and was not very happy because the fabric let through some light which caused the image to look faded and fuzzy. So I bought two large plastic table mantles, flat black color, at the Dollar Tree store for $2.50, and put them on the back of the original screen with scotch tape. It worked marvellous. I have now a rich, vibrant image on the screen for just two bucks and change. I also bought some 30 ball-bunjees for around 15 bucks and substituted the original velcro strips. The elastic cord of the bunjees absorbe most of the wrinkles on the screen. Though not perfect, now I can live with the screen. I think the best screen is a smooth flat-white wall. It will not wrinkle or let light seep through. I don't have that now, so this modified screen is a good compromise for the money.

Versatility is king!
This screen is a great value, especially for those who want a big screen experience without the cost! It can provide large as life images with the size but remains lightweight and easy to manage. Because it can stand alone, it can be easily setup and easily be moved room to room or even outside, on calm days, with little effort. Also, because of the size, it does require two people to move efficiently! Since the thickness of the screen is not that of more expensive ones, the quality of image provided can be enhanced by the use of a piece of large material or even black kitchen garbage bags attached to the back of the screen! This provides a more reflective surface and prevents light from penetrating from behind even with room lights on! The image quality impresses and will depend on the projector you pair it with.

One less star for the stand, and another lost star for the screen
Stand:The stand for the screen is fairly easy to assemble. That said, there are some downsides to it. Fisrt off, the feet of the stand are one of the biggest issues I have. The mounting screw for the feet is a phillips head and its hard to get them completely tightened. I feel using a allen/hex key bolt would be better for tightening. Also, the feet of the stand are quite short, so they do not balance the screen well. In fairness, it does come with rope and spikes to anchor the screen. We bought this screen to have a family movie night about once a week, so I was hoping for something easier to pop up in 10-15 minutes. Another this about the stand is, once it is assembled, it twists and turns easily so attaching the screen can be difficult.Screen:I'm not sure if we just got a defective screen or if its common, however, our screen has a line through the middle where the white screen side seems to be stuck/glued to the black backing which makes like grayish line. Its not really noticable when watching a move unless the background/scene is white in color. Also, the velcro that attaches to the screen seems quite flimsy. So far its holding up ok after two uses, but I feel like after repeated attachements to the frame will cause them to detach from the screen. Hopefully, I'm wrong.Overall:For the price, I think this is a good deal. Its not great, but it does the job. The frame will work for the purpose we intend and hopefully the screen lasts long enough. Since some stands alone are the price I paid for this, the screen is a bonus and it is more than acceptable if we get a year or so worth of use out of it and replace it with something better.

Excellent portable projector screen!
The perfect pop up screen! This takes only a couple of minutes to set up. We used it for our Halloween party. It was perfect. Much better picture than a drop cloth, and this only cost a little more than that. The frame is easy to assemble. You cannot do it wrong. There are bands inside the poles holding them together, just like tent poles. The screen does have a noticeable dark patch down the middle from the manufacturing process, and the wrinkles don't come out, but for the money I'm satisfied.
