I use this stuff all the time. Excellent value and I think it works. I've made plenty of purchases. It is hard to describe what exactly it does, but it generally provides some better mood and focus and while it doesn't take stress away, I feel like it is easier to manage to stress, if that makes sense. I use this all the time.

GABA is important, but you'll have to research why on your own. Review censors don't allow people to talk about medical studies. I take.a GABA pill about an hour prior to bedtime, along with other supplements, and I believe it helps me. This seems a good brand.

Didn't make me sleep throughout the night. I woke up at least 5 times in an 8 hour time period. I didn't really see any difference taking this. I have better results taking melatonin.
