After few days off use it made the skin very smooth so definitely leaves an effect. Not like few others where the skin becomes a bit sticky. Easy to use ofcourse.

I love this cream. It smells nice, not too strong, feels good, not suffocating, and absorbs very, very quickly. It leaves the skin soft and in a few days a lot clearer and brighter. I noticed that it evened the tone a bit and you can use it multiple times a day without it interfering with any makeup you put on. I don't know why anyone would say it leaves you greasy or peeling. All I can think of is that they expect a cream to absorb in milliseconds which is impossible and wouldn't help you if it did. I have normal to dry delicate white skin and it is great for me. If you have have naturally greasy skin and its too much, maybe you'd need something else.It is small, but very cheap and you don't need a lot each time. This has lasted me a few weeks so far. Great item.

Lovely smelling cream but it doesn't irritate as some moisturisers can be a bit too much on the perfume scale. Easy to apply, not greasy or sticky on your face. Adds a bit of glow to your face, it isn't too much and doesn't leave you looking like you've just done a 5k run.The price seems reasonable and I don't use this every day, maybe twice a week depending and it has lasted well. I really like Garnier products because for me they are top quality products at excellent prices. I participate in the Garnier community and this Vitamin C Day Cream product has great recommendations and so I decided to buy it. Light cream texture, absorbs in a few minutes, slight citrus smell, hydrates and gives a glow to the skin. I think it's a great product and I've been using it morning and night for 1 month now. As it’s a day cream I kind of expected it to have spf but my fault for not checking. Otherwise it is nice and moisturising. Not sure I noticed any “brightening”.

I bought this item as it was half price. I have just gotten over shingles on my face. I looked pale with a greyish tint, eyes dark and circled. I am 54 yr old woman with serious complex health issues so i never look 'great'. Firstly the scent of this product was non discernable. Texture thick and creamy. I applied a marble sized amount on my face - dotting it and then gently rubbing it in on my face and neck. After the first application my skin looked less gray. Come day three I began to notice that my skin looked brighter. Brown pigmentation decreased. Thin lines decreased on face and neck. Skin def is brighter, it feels firmer and dark cirles on eyes def decreased. All in all a product that i give 5/5 for. For a person of my age and with the health that i have I am more than pleasantly surprised. A little of this product goes far. Almost forgot - my skin neck down is not a pretty sight - i have one area that is a result of the disease I have - I tried it on that and it appears less angry and certainly smoother. When I was younger and well I wore make up and used higher end products - as far as this product is concerned it beats the moisturiser I used to spend £50 - I wont be buying from them again. Use this for my face and also forearms up to my elbows. It’s good, not greasy and doesn’t give me any spots. I have noticed tho it gives you little sparkles on the skin that shine when in the sunlight. The smell of it isn’t bad however it isn’t good either. Fortunately it’s not too noticeable.
