Even my Urogynecologist recommended this
I saw a Urogynecologist because of chronic UTI infections. When I told her I was taking this, she said she was going to advise trying it. I have been using this fir a few months now and actually only taking it 3 days a week. So far it really has helped! No UTI infections or that awful bladder spasms! I highly recommend giving this product a try.

D-Mannose works wow
D-Mannose works wow! It works very very well! I take 2- 1,000 mg everyday to prevent UTI's. To cure UTI's, I would double that, so two - 1000 mg twice a day. I'm prone to bladder infections I have weak kidneys. I haven't had one since buying this! Also, very important, try to drink water at least 3 liters per day.

Great for urinary tract health
My urologist and I were going over the ingredients of another product, and she suggested one of those ingredients, D-Mannose, for urinary health, as I had frequent UTIs. I've been taking it now for almost two weeks, and I can definitely tell a great difference! I definitely recommend!

Good, it works
This is an excellent supplement for anyone with a temperamental urinary tract. Mannose-D is also a good supplement for the immune system, in general.I don't take two capsules per day, however. One a day is enough for me, and that makes this jar last two months, rather than one.Good product, though the price is a bit steep.
