We put 2 teaspoons in our coffee every morning, and this helps us with our constipation problems. It just puts water in your bowels, so it's easier to go. Sorry to be specific, but if you suffer from constipation, you will not mind the description.

I have had digestive issues and constipation for years. Miralax works well and consistently to help relieve. With doctor recommendation, I take 1.5-2 capfuls at night and have relief in the morning. It does cause some gurgling and movement, so it's best to take close to bed time to avoid feeling them. It's flavorless and can be mixed in almost any beverage, but recommend drinking it cold.

Whew! I was worried about this product tasting bad but after adding it to apple juice, it didn't change the taste at all. The consistency was a bit different but hardly noticeable. It took maybe a hour to work gently and didn't upset my stomach at all.
