Product is good on my body but it is not made clear in description that as the composition of some ingredients is100% RDA what would be the consequences if it's value exceeds in our body because we are getting those minerals etc from the other sources too.

Ordered this product after seeing this huge 4.2 rating but now after using this product from last 10 days, I think I am in position to put my honest opinion over it.Zero star if you are looking for a daily supplement for your vitamins need. It didn’t do any good in my case at least. In fact, feels like draining out all the energy out of me. I have to get back to my prior daily multivitamin brand and from the single dose itself that made my muscles fatigue go.
