Installation was done within 12 hours of delivery, and they even gave free wall mounting. No hidden charges — I only paid for the TV.Everything works smoothly and feels exactly like the Samsung quality you can trust. Just one thing — some high-quality videos don’t look as sharp as expected, but for most content, the picture is amazing.Tip for buyers: If your area has voltage fluctuations, get a stabilizer. It’s mentioned in the warranty terms that power-related damage won’t be covered, so better to be safe.

Picture & quality is good. Although it's not a full hd 1080p display, at 32 inches its not apparent.User interface is okay. Netflix app works smooth but prime video app is laggy. Tizen os is fine. So no google play store. Doesn't support chromecast, only supports Mira cast which is a different casting protocol.Feature wise tizen os is bare minimum. But you can easily buy an android tv box to get google play functionality if u want to run android apps.Brands like tcl, ifalconn, redmi offer more features because they run google tv\ android tv but their hardware is not reliable.This samsung 32inches tv is great deal if u buy at 14k inr. Great picture clarity. Good sound quality. HDR works good. Samsung has great after sales customer service. So if u want good quality and reliable TV and don't care too much about having android tv os, go for this. It's a great product.

Picture quality is Awsome... Sound too.... its totaly awesom..Only Problem is Samsung Did Not Ptovide an HDMI Cable.. I mean I am Buying an 20k product and You don't even provide an HDMI Cable.. Its phatahatic ..Remote looks feturastic . Dinamic Color range is awesome.

Quality wise size wise it's awesome, But While operating it's really lags, sometime it's takes 2 to 5 Mins to process, remaining picture quality good, Sound quality wonderful, you do not need any seperate speaker for that
