I use the socks almost every night for an hour with some foot moisturiser and the skin on my feet feels so much better - the skin is not so tight and painful as it use to be. The skin still isn't soft, but that is because I have a lot of layers of dead skin from years of misuse that I need to use several sessions with exfoliating socks to get rid of it all.Although there are grips on the sole, I can't walk very well in them without the sock coming off or twisting around so I tend to put them on after dinner when we watch a bit of TV or when relaxing after a shower as the soap really dries my skin out. I can't sleep in socks but I know a lot of people recommend doing the treatment overnight too.I have used the gloves a couple of times but it does mean you can't really do anything with your hands and as I have long nails it is not very comfortable. Otherwise they work just like the socks.Both items are good for deep moisturising treatments and work best with other moisturisers and help the skin absorb as much as possible without it transferring or absorbing into the material.To wash I pull them inside out and rinse off the inside. Not really sure how to wash the outside as the socks are looking a bit worse for wear!

These r fantastic. Iv had a sore and painful cracked heal for a couple of days. I could barely walk on my heal. I wore these for about two hours and within that time the cracked heal had started to repair. Iv now worn them for one day and my heal is repaired and I can walk free from pain.

Only just got them so not sure if they’ll work but feel seriously weird when you put them on and hard to walk in but very gel ish

These have helped my daughter no end. She had a massive breakout just before xmas. Her hands were cracked and bleeding. Once her prescribed cream had healed the broken skin, she used these at night to help with the itching and her hands have healed so much. Brilliant product. I highly recommend for eczema.

Advised to buy these by my podiatrist, they feel strange when they’re on but have definitely helped my dry feet.

These are good but, if you have shellac or Gel nail varnish beware... it takes it off.. I don't know how maybe its because it makes your feet sweat so much... but it ruined my pedicure. Feet were really really soft though... but ruined my toes

Only worn them a couple of times and they do seem to soften my cracked heels. I can't wear them in bed ,I end up taking them off my feet get too hot, even with the gel. I will try night time wearing next autumn/ winter .

Horrible to wear. Slimy cold silicone inner which you slide about on if you want to walk-don’t -would be v easy to slip and fall. However if they made any different to my feet I would have had to admit they worked as advertised : they don’t.
