Great for the disabled
I have a POTS / dysautonomia which makes me very lightheaded when I bend down which can be dangerous. I bought this to help me clean my feet and legs in the shower. Due to my chronic pain and limited mobility, I also find it helps with cleaning my back. It had a soft bristle side and a hard bristle side (it's not that hard - soft enough for sensitive skin)
