Very easy to fit
Easy to fit and adjust. From draining the tank to the first flush took about 15 minutes

All good
The instruction sheet is tiny print, but otherwise a cheap plastic unit that fit exactly as expected.

NOT WHAT IS SEEMED
Although it worked quietly and fine to begin with, it subsequently became very noisy, with jarring noises as it flushed. Despite trying to adjust it, nothing worked until I replaced it with another type, but still with an internal overflow.

Very good first impressions
One of my toilets stopped flushing recently - after a little google'ing, I was sure that the Siphon Unit needed to be replaced. After finding a few decent "how to" videos on YouTube, I decided to give it a go myself. I created a short list of candidate Siphons on Amazon and finally chose the subject item- due to the fact that it is adjustable and its 3-piece assembly allows flexibility should problems arise. My order arrived today. The design, materials and construction all make a good first impression. The instruction sheet is not great but when all is said and done, installing the Siphon is relatively straightforward. Hence I immediately ordered another one to have available when the next Siphon gives problems - most probably a damaged diaphragm! As far as I can see, ordering a complete Siphon is actually cheaper than sourcing the flimsy diaphragm material to suit!
