Awesome tool for an awesome price

Why did you choose this product over others?:The Tool is amazing. So easy to use and works perfectly. However the star nut it comes with is awful quality and now I’m having to buy a new one because it doesn’t tighten it just moves up as I tighten top cap bolt

The blue bit, which I think is to help guide the star nut into the correct position, does not fit over a standard tube. Also the silver part looks like it should slide through the blue part, but the hole is too narrow.I might of not been using it right, but I suspect the blue part is being manufactured to not quite the right size.Clear instructions would really help.

This tool was fantastic! Perfect first time but you kind of got to know what you are doing. So much better than smashing the star nut all wonky with a screwdriver down the middle! This tool guides it perfectly straight. If not set low enough you can adjust the thread. Obviously this fits over the steerer tube so you need to remove the stem and spacers to suit.

The instillation tool is great, the star nut may as well be made of paper. It crumpled before being tightened anywhere near the correct torque and was pulled up the steerer tube and out of the stem by the top cap bolt. Didn't expand, didn't grip. Poor quality and dangerous

For years if been banging starnuts in using various DIY methods. This thing completely changed the game - didn't take any effort and installed the nut perfectly.

A little unexpected was how to use this thing. It's functionality is great but it's not intuitive. Fit my bike fairly well but wish it came with more obvious instructions for use.
