The media could not be loaded. What a fantastic little piece of kit. Can't vouch for it's longevity, but since it's for holidays only it should last many years. Easy to set up, but would recommend trying it for a few days before leaving it to feed your beloved fishes. Would highly recommend. The instructions say it's not suitable for flakes, but I found it's fine as long as there's no moisture to dampen them, and you put a heavier food in with it to ensure it all drops.

Easy to use, battery life is good, would recommend checking battery before each use as it says full but will charge once connected to the usb. Has a few different functions, only use with fine pellet type food and not flakes.

This is a good product, but the instructions aren't very clear and I needed to experiment to be sure it worked how I wanted.Has built in battery which apparently last between 1 to 2 months depending on usage.There are 16 compartments. In the settings you can set how many compartments are used. It wasn't clear in the instruction so I needed to test it. All in all good product.

I brought this as I was let down last minute by a friend who was supposed to feed the fish. This is well worth the money, I’m not the best with instructions but managed to program it and it worked brilliantly. It’s built really well and very easy to load the food with the spoon provided. The compartment for the food is perfect size and you can set it to feed every other day or choose the feed regime. Highly recommended this has made my holiday stress free

Hopefully this lasts longer than the last one.Having a filling spoon that matches the size of the slots would have been more useful.Be careful as the cassette can jam easily.
