Incredible speed boost-- here's the benchmarks
I've been a fan of Crucial for some time. Bought this drive, installed it, copied from my old boot drive and made this the boot drive (easy to do with the provided Acronis software wizard). Then I ran some benchmarks. My prior SSD drive was Intel, so these results are about as fair as they get (note that different SSDs and NVMe's have different speed ratings):AS SSD Benchmark 2.0.7316.34247 2025-07-08------------------------------SSD / NVMeRead: 469.73 MB/s ............ 5464.78 MB/sWrite: 157.44 MB/s ............ 5385.66 MB/s------------------------------Access Times:------------------------------SSD / NVMeRead: 0.211 ms ............ 0.023 msWrite: 0.258 ms ............ 0.013 ms------------------------------Overall Score:------------------------------SSD / NVMeRead: 179 ............ 3103Write: 80 ............ 2141Overall: 340 ............ 6851Summary: the Crucial NVMe runs appx 11x to 30x faster (depending on task) than the Intel SSD that was in my system. The overall score is appx 20x faster.------------------------------Whether you yourself notice these "blazing speed" differences or not will depend on how you personally use your computer, but the numbers are valid. This Crucial NVMe will provide a very significant speed upgrade both in reading and writing data. I'm quite pleased; a small investment for such a boost. This is not a "paid" review. I have no relationship with Crucial at all except customer. Just passing the info forward. ;D

Great M.2 SSD with Integrated Heatsink for Laptop
English ReviewI needed an M.2 option and this one meets my needs. I bought it for my laptop, and my biggest concern was whether the version with the integrated heatsink would allow my laptop’s cover to close properly — and it does. Temperatures are stable. So if you’re wondering whether to buy the version with the heatsink, I can say that on my laptop (Victus 15) it works perfectly fine. I could provide performance and temperature tests, but I believe other buyers cover that. This is more of a personal experience.

Excellent Value for Price
This item on sale for $99 on Prime days was a steal! If you have an M.2 slot in your computer, only a very tiny screw and standoff are required to install it. Unfortunately these are not included in the package, so be aware of this. Performance is exceptional, and you can even boot Windows from this drive if desired. Acronis utility is used for transferring files from your old C Drive. I used mine for expansion space, when you first install it use Disk Manager to format it for the intended use. Crucial Storage Executive is a utility for managing the drive and other drives on your computer.

High Quality, Easy to Install, Lightning Fast
My Alienware x15 laptop had a 512GB internal drive, ordered to keep the costs down. Unfortunately, with 4-5 good games installed, it is maxed out. Realizing it had a second SSD slot, I decided to add a second drive. Shopping around, I decided on the Crucial P310 2TB 2280 PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD. Crucial has been around a long time, they have a good reputation, and the $140 price tag was great for 2TB.But the joke was on me. Dell got cheap when they built my laptop, and installed two 256GB SSD's instead of a single 512GB. While technically I got what I paid for (512GB), they used up both drive slots, leaving no room for expansion. The dirty buggers. So after cursing Michael Dell and his perfect hairline, I said the heck with it, and decided to replace the small factory drives with the Crucial. But I didn't want to have to download a Windows boot disk and reinstall everything from the ground up. Luckily, EaseUS Disk Copy Pro software has been around for decades.First I had to connect the new drive. So I bought a Sabrent USB 3.2 Type-C Tool-Free Enclosure and installed the Cruicial drive in it. Then I installed EaseUS Disk Copy and followed the simple wizard to do a sector-by-sector copy on the laptop's drive to the USB external drive. It is so easy you almost feel guilty about it. In less than 30 minutes, I had the new Crucial drive installed in the enclosure, formatted, and had copied everything to it. I turned everything off, moved the Crucial to one of the available slots on the laptop, and it booted perfectly the first time. Like nothing had happened, except that I quadrupled my storage space. The new Crucial drive is responsive, and has lightning-fast transfer speeds. It was easy to install, so much that I regret not doing this a lot sooner. I have faith in the Crucial brand, as I think they have proven themselves over many years to have high quality products. I would definitely buy this again (and am already considering getting a second one for that other drive slot).
