The media could not be loaded. This stuff is great! At first I was concerned about the color, but it actually made it fun. I made a batch of bread like I normally do added a few tablespoons of this, a teaspoon of fried garlic, a teaspoon roasted granulated garlic, topped it with egg wash and cheddar cheese. The color is funny. It reminds me of the orange fingers you get when you eat Cheetos or nacho cheese Doritos. My kids call it #Cheetobread lol. For lunch today I made a sandwich with smoked turkey, bacon, avocado ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato. 😋 I'm very happy I made this purchase and I think I will purchase in the future again. This product is inexpensive for the amount you get. If you're swayed by the color then this isn't for you. It looks like you're typical Kraft mac and cheese powder. It has a nice cheddar flavor and is not salty. A little goes a long way. Also made some homemade cheddar mac n cheese with air fried chicken thighs, cantaloupe and a side salad (pictured). Super easy dinner. My kids said it tasted more creamy. The only thing I did different was adding 2 scoops of this cheddar powder. I pressure cooked 4 min 2 cups of macaroni, drained, added margarine, whole milk and 2 good handfuls of cheddar cheese, S&P, about 1 tbls of sugar and a few dashes of Badia complete. I can see how this could be used in a lot of other ways. Sprinkled on baked potatoes, air fried potatoes (pictured) or popcorn, maybe on some roasted broccoli...any root vegetables or soups. It's a fun way to add the flavor of cheese without the liquid and oil. This could never replace cheese if you're looking for ooey, gooey meltiness. This is a great substitute and can be used in many ways, plus it is shelf-stable. Try it.

Great taste and provides convenient seasoning for numerous recipes. We even sprinkle a small amount on our 8 month old Collie puppy and he will eat food that he would not try until we added a small amount of this cheese! Because it is finely granulated a small portion adds the flavor of larger amounts.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it would be healthier as their other products seemed healthy. I put the powdered cheddar cheese on buttered popcorn. It tastes good BUT the reason they did not get 5 stars is because of the artificial color. As an American, the first time I went to Europe, I wondered why their cheese was not orange. It was because I did not know American cheese is often dyed orange.

Love making my own cheeseburger macaroni mix. Makes dinner easy and just a quick trip to pantry for premade mix and wah-lahhh dinner done. Without junk I can’t pronounce in it.

I make my own mac and cheese with this powder and I like it better than Kraft. Also great for making cheese sauce for over veggies! A bag goes a long ways!

I used to buy Anthony's cheddar cheese powder which is no longer available, and this is an excellent replacement! I use it by itself to make a cheese sauce or add it to other Kraft pastas.

I've learned my lesson that I didn't check all the ingredients before buying, as I assumed that all it contained was cheese and whey, similar to cheddar cheese powders I've bought previously. Nope. It has palm oil and food coloring added, ugh. And of course it's not returnable, as it's a food item. What a waste of money.

I love cheddar cheese popcorn, and this does the job! Now I can cheese up with cheddar flavoring on my favorite snack!!
