It's a magnet. And it sticks to the door just like any other--strongly enough that it would hold a few papers if you wanted it to.The printing is clear.I'd 100% get this again as a gift or what.

It could have been bigger. I thiught it was gonna be bigger than it was. I would not have paid as much as i did for something that small. Dont get me wrong I absolutely love it, i just would have liked it to be alot bigger.
