Very good for CFS/ME - helps you to push away the negative effects of some key vaccinations. I certainly feel worse if I stop taking it. There is a slight whiff of vinegar, but only when you sniff the entire bottle - the individual capsules are easy to take and don't have a taste.

Seems to work well and keep me sharp. been using it for a year or so.

Seem to be good clean and quality, Reasonable price and so handy to be delivered to your door next day when Ill. Purchased as long covid treatment but can’t say I notice a difference yet but too soon to say.

I’ve been on this supplement now for just over a week . I was told by my herbalist to add this to my Candida supplement protocol . Candida is a very hard fungal infection to kill , very stubborn , but the NAC seems to be helping . It’s early days yet , but I’m taking medicine , which include pau Darco , goldenseal , thyme , sage, bear berry , buchu , and calendula . This supplement NAC seems to be helping the inflammation , but you must cut out sugars if you want to get better , it’s a very long , and sometimes , tiresome road .Supplements don’t suit everyone , I know this , as I have a sensitive stomach , and ulcerated bladder (IC) , I specifically bought the NAC as it supports the liver through detox . If you’ve been on herbal remedies for a long time , and are worried about the health of your liver (as I am) , this might help (NAC) as it supports this organ . I read it is mainly for COPD , but I would give it a try , when I also heard from my herbalist it is good for Candida .I also take L-glutamine .I hope this helps someone .

This is a miracle supplement. I only have mild bronchitis and not sure if it would be as effective with more serioys COPD but worth a go. I used to use my inhaler around 10 times per day and now I use it once or twice a day. It is an incredible expectorant for mucus in the lungs. Also, the quality of my sleep has improved. Bought the same supplement from another supplier in the past and it did not work. This one is the good stuff. Don’t be put off by the horrible smell. The top quality one is meant to smell that way.

Could be better, regarding concentration, way of using etc…although it is not a bad product, I would only recommend it if you’re doing some back research.

Appears to be good quality, capsules are full and have the usual NAC smell the same as the ones from Lambert's, so it's definitely NAC!
