Before / instead of reading the marketing hype, look at the labels. Complete adds Pantothenic Acid, which is what Pantesin is, and they bump up the intake to 6 caps/day from 4. That's it. There are only 2 active ingredients. Buy Pantothenic Acid (Pantesin, if you want) separately in the exact dosage you want (300mg is low), and save a lot of money. The highly respected Jarrow brand Pantesin 450 mg is just $0.25/cap here on Amazon. There are other plant sterol products as well.

They are just slightly under an inch (15/16ths), width 5/16ths. They are not 'pills' but gel capsules and I find them easy to swallow.
