Does what it says on the tin a great little refurbished computer with a 22" monitor.Well packaged and very clean.It comes with win 10 pro, licenced, great cpu, lga 1155 2600 i7 , 16 gb ram ddr3, cheap mouse & keyboard plus a 2.4 ghz wifi dongleBuilt in sound. I'm using it for a Linux dns server.For £155.00 quid you can't go wrong.I had it reinstalled with linux and up and running my dns and Mail server in 45 mins .This is my third purchase from this company and I've not had a single problem.

Received ahead of the scheduled date. Packed very well and carefully. Everything is in detail. Working perfectly fine. Even a anti-virus software is installed and running. Even a contact detail is attached if any issue comes up during operation. Optimum value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I’m extremely happy with this PC. It arrived packaged carefully and with everything required to make for an easy setup. As a refurbished item, I wasn’t expecting brand spanking new, however the wear and tear is quite minimal, with a couple of tiny marks and scuffs which are neither here nor there. These detract little from the quality of the PC.Pretty much everything was great from the start. Setup was easy and I got logged on and working very quickly. There was a QR code linking to setup help, which was nice.I didn’t use the mouse and keyboard supplied with the system. They’re nothing special, a little flimsy but useable and just okay. I already have a mouse and keyboard that I’ve used for a while and that I’m used to, so I connected them wirelessly and off I went.The system is quicker than the laptop I was previously using, lots of storage space and I connected to the Internet using the supplied USB wireless adapter.The only issue I had was that the refurb had seemingly changed the hardware somehow, which had made Windows think it was yet to be activated with a security key. Not a problem for general usage and the system worked without it, but I thought I had better get it sorted. I emailed the helpdesk and they sent me a key very quickly, done and dusted with little delay.I also purchased a Bluetooth dongle so that I could use my wireless headset with the PC. This worked fine when plugged in too. The internal speaker of this PC isn’t brill, but since I’ve connected my Bluetooth speaker, it’s been fine.So far, I’ve used the PC for online meetings, Office stuff, YouTube, coding, all that good stuff. I’m really happy with it and am pleased I got such a great system for my needs for a good price. Thank you to the seller for my new PC!

I had two PC’s from this company - the first developed a boot blue screen error and I contacted them to ask for advice to solve it to save sending it back - instead all my ideas of what could work were ignored and instead just told if I wanted a replacement or refund. (Clearly no expert knowledge here). I opted for a replacement and had to send the old one back. They sent a new machine and then a box separately so I could send the old one back.The replacement process is a pain, with the expectation that I have the time to wait in all day so the DPD driver can bring me a box and I package it up in front of the driver to hand back the broken machine. DPD turned up with the new box but would not wait for me to package it (as they are super busy!) I contacted the company stating this and was met with rudeness on their part when I said the DPD driver would not wait with them telling me “why didn’t I send it back with the driver our instructions were clear”. My reply was not really my problem speak to DPD I can’t enforce their drivers agendas. So so rude.Anyway, new machine lasted 3 months and a new boot error blue screen of death appears - so this time I opt for a refund and have no trust in the PC or company - although this time its very hard to navigate amazon because it has exceeded 30 days - and I consider myself an amazon veteran!!)After a few dead ends I found a way to send it back. £30 later out of my own pocket/packaging/ time etc I send it back, of which you don’t get reinstated unless they agree prior to sending it - given it’s impossible to email them and get a response this was pointless even asking in the first place.I had to contact them asking when I was getting my refund 5 days later after they signed for it (even though return slip and details CLEARLY in the box) and they had no idea what I was talking about, so basically had to screenshot and illustrate each picture showing the return process through amazon to prove my point.Avoid this company, these machines are 10+ years old and the whole process is an outright gamble and 2 of mine broke within 6 months. Really poor quality after care and the tone of all their emails is rude.Avoid and buy new or buy from a reputable company, never again.

Delivery was very quick, actually arriving one day early. The desk top PC was without any visible marks, scratches or dents. It was easy to set up ( I am not computer tech) . If I had to level a criticism it would be that the speaker cable from PC to Monitor was not included.The monitor was not as pristine. It had a few what I would describe as "RUBS" on the case but these are not visible when in use as the back in my home faces a wall. There is one scratch on the monitor screen. I did not complain about this as it is near the frame edge and only visible when the screen is in sleep mode or switched off. Seeking an exchange would be more bother than it's worth

From day 1, I got annoying popups telling me a USB device was not recognised. Tried multiple fixes found online but none worked.After six months the sound card appears to have failed. My jack in speakers no longer work and the only sound I get comes from within the computer itself. Speakers are working fine otherwise.Otherwise a decent machine but once you have got all your data on it, there's little incentive to send it back.
