Not for everyone

Taste vile but they really work they stop you feeling hungry, less cravings, and I’ve found I’m not eating as much as I’m full after a few mouthfuls, I’ve dropped from 18st 7lbs to 17 st 13 lbs in about 6 weeks so very happy an just started 2nd tub, not sayin they will work for everyone but they have for me.Update : 2 months taking them I’m down to 16stone 12 I’ve lost 2 stone in 2 months

Wow!

I've been taking these for the last 10 days and I can honestly say that my appetite is definitely lessened. I have also cut out any snacks etc. But starting to feel so much better, more energy and my jeans are feeling a little looser!

Just what I needed

These apple cider vinegar capsules with mother are really good, I have tried ACV capsules from other manufactures that don't include the mother but they don't seem as affective as these good quality capsules and with no after taste I do recommend these ACVs to anyone needing a little bit of help in that department.

Great for shifting stubborn weight
