Good as a sieve
I bought these to use to sieve my herbal oils and they are really good for this as they drain the oil away from the plant materials and leave you with clean oil.But they are also good if you have herbs or spices that you want to add for flavour but don't want the materials left in the food.It would be nice if you could buy a set of the 3 sizes
