Love it
Why did you choose this product over others?:Easy to set up and use. The app times and tracks where you brush and makes sure that you cover all parts. But I do not know what are the differences between different modes, they all feel and look the same really.

Prime Day Bargain
This toothbrush is great, and got it on prime day so it’s really good value for money in that sense - very expensive otherwise. Easy too use with lots of functionality and the built in timer is a good indicator for brushing. Seems to need charging more regularly now I have had it a while but that’s fine.

Good Brushes but Bluetooth Features Feel Unnecessary
The Oral-B iO5 electric toothbrushes deliver solid cleaning performance with multiple modes and effective teeth whitening. The two-handle pack and travel case make it convenient for couples or travel. That said, the price feels quite high for what you get. The Bluetooth connection mostly just tracks brushing time and helps with timing edits, which feels a bit gimmicky. If you’re not into the app features, the Bluetooth is unnecessary. The brushes themselves work well, but overall, I expected more innovation for the cost.

Impressed
Ok. To be fair I never do reviews. But this deserves one. I've used an electric braun for years, but this is first new one in decades. Worth every penny. Mouth feels likes it's had a pressure wash and is half as quiet as me old one..... feels faster and gives a deeper fresher clean. Maybe it's the brush I don't know but if you're thinking about it...... get one you won't be sorry. Download the app to it does help.

It’s a good quality toothbrush!
When I looking for a new toothbrush I wasn’t planning on spending over £100 and that’s with the discount. I wouldn’t have paid the full price. This is the mid tier model. That being said I’ve enjoyed using it. I literally use my phone at the same time and I can see the coverage I get, the time, adjust modes, set goals I want to achieve like whitening or fresh breath, remove plaque etc. definitely see a difference.Battery is decent. It uses roughly 5-6% per 2min brush. The whitening mode tends to have a faster speed which will use more power.I found my teeth to be sensitive after first week but that may be cause I wasn’t brushing properly and needed a good clean. If you want whiter teeth and better oral care I do recommend this. If you see it around £100-130 mark pick one up. It’s a good quality toothbrush. Comes with travel case and extra brush head case. I picked up extra heads too and I’m set for the year.Oral B if you see this. Sponsor my YouTube channel 😂 shooting my shot.

It’s a con.
This has to be the worst toothbrush I’ve ever had. The on-off button only works if the toothbrush has detected movement….which is annoying. Because sometimes it doesn’t detect movement. So I put the toothpaste on the bristles press the button the start brushing and the thing hasn’t detected I’m trying to use it. I keep pushing the button and it takes a few attempts before it works. The battery doesn’t last long either. You’d be best to charge it every night. The head doesn’t click on flush with the handle. It’s like there’s a jam or something preventing it from clicking all the way down.My teeth didn’t feel clean after using it. They didn’t feel dirty but compared to a manual toothbrush, it’s pretty bad. The brushhead was huge too so if your cheeks don’t mind a bit of scraping from it, it’s bearable. The weight isn’t distributed evenly and when you go to put the toothbrush down (in the upright position), it takes a second or two to balance it. So just lay it on its side. All round, it was uncomfortable to brush with and the so called ‘smart technology’ is in dire need of upgrading. It says ‘100% cleaner teeth and healthier gums in 1week’…..that’s absolutely false. My gums didn’t feel better after using this brush. Like I said, a manual toothbrush was doing a better job. I opted to use my manual one until I could afford a new electric one. I just wanted the simple ones they used to sell. But everything is in ‘smart mode’ nowadays so it was hard to find one. This toothbrush does not need to be so ‘smart’. Because it’s the most frustrating, uncomfortable, expensive, pointless toothbrush I’ve ever had. It’s smarter than me though because I was stupid enough to buy it.
