Very good vitamin take every day, worth the value, lightly big but easy to swallow

Really noticed the difference when taking these. I checked on my fitness pal, and know when I take these supplements I am close to hitting all my daily nutrition goals. Throw in some healthy meals and exercise a few times a week, and I know I’m smashing it. I have more energy and just feel better when I take them. Easy to take, work well, I like them a lot and have been taking them for about 3 months.

What can you say about a multivitamin really? You trust it’s got the stuff in it that it states it does. The positives with this brand is the tablets don’t have that string earthy smell some do. The negative for me is you have to take 2. I didn’t realise this when I bought them and am going back to a brand that is a single tablet for your daily dose. If you don’t mind taking 2 then these are good.

Been taking this for 4 months now and I’ve been gaining back my energy! Pills are big as other comments say but not much of a problem if you can sallow it bit by bit.Definitely helped me get the vitamins i was lacking. Will continue to buy and have been recommending my peers!

I’ve been taking these for a while and I do feel a little better in myself (have made other lifestyle choices too). The tablets are quite large which some people may struggle to swallow and they do have a slightly funny taste which may be off putting. They are an ok price for what they are, definitely cheaper and more expensive alternatives out there!

I've noticed a huge difference in my health and energy levels since taking these for the last 6 months. Just wish they were a little smaller so easier to swallow.
