I was extremely skeptical, but my husband began pointing things out that I was remembering that I wouldn’t remember before he did not know that I had recently started taking this vitamin I didn’t say anything. I continued on taking my vitamins, and then I started noticing things that I was remembering that I couldn’t remember before, I don’t understand how it works. I was diagnosed with bipolar, so I am assuming I have this deficiency I have not gone to go get it looked at to see if I have this deficiency if they’re even is a test. Anyway now we are going to see if it works on my teen lol

I was trying to find something that boosted my dopamine levels. This didn’t work. I was a little disappointed because I’m trying to get off certain medications and thought this would help.

I’ve been taking these for over 2 weeks and do see an improvement in mental focus. Not sure if it’s a placebo effect though. These taste great so I actually look forward to taking them.
