The gel support is good but there is very bad quality and performance of the elastic grip on the top at thigh and bottom on the calf .Makes exercising uncomfortable and interrupted.The seller should replace this product as it's not durable and has bad quality.Do not recommend this brand or company.Evaluate other options .
