This stuff smells like a man aught to
Top quality shampoo that smells wonderful. Reminds me of dumping pinesol on the barracks deck in boot camp. Scuzzbrush to bulkhead! This stuff is wonderful, not too harsh, but a wonderful smell in the shower.

I've tried every shampoo for Eczema
I've tried pretty much every shampoo for Eczema and dry scalp. The only one that seemed to work was a particular brand of coal tar, that isn't being made anymore. My eczema is particularly bad in the summer. I searched online, and while I get the benefits of using all natural products, my experience is that they don't usually work as well as the chemical stuff (I know, horrible to say). So anyway, I decided to try it and when this stuff arrived I noticed that it said it works as an insect deterrent as well (WHAT?!). We have a camper so I packed it up and figured if it doesn't work for eczema, it can be my camp shampoo anyway... First time I used it I was having a hard time w eczema scalp (did I mention I didn't expect a lot)... First, the smell is amazing to me. I see all of the comments saying that it stinks. It smells like campfire, and I love it. It felt great, and I had to check the label to see if it was shampoo & conditioner, because that's how it felt. It wasn't, and actually I hated to use conditioner over the top of my campfire smell lol. But I did.I have thick, mangley, curly brown hair. It wasn't curly all my life and most of the time I just look like a cave lady because I don't know what to do with it. Every hairdresser straightens it, even though I tell them I'm not going to do that.I put in a little bit of coconut/Shea butter creme after using this shampoo and before I went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, my curls were soft, my eczema was already minimal (shocking!) and I didn't have to sign my hair down before going outside. So, I'm not kidding when I tell you that this stuff works. If you have course/dry hair, eczema on your scalp, or just like campfire smells... Get it. You will not regret it. As far as the insect deterrent, I can't really say if it helps because I use a conditioner over it, but if you're a dude I'd try it.

Concentrated... keep in mind it doesn't smell pretty!
I have a dry scalp in the winter, and this shampoo minimizes itching and flaking. It feels good when I apply it, and a little goes a very long way in comparison to "regular" shampoos. The smell is... an acquired taste, but it doesn't linger after washing; my hair smells fine after it dries. Recommended.

Who needs $50 T-Gel! I have this!!
This is not as high concentration of tar, but it's done the trick. The directions don't say to wait five minutes with it lathered on your scalp, but do if you have dandruff or any fungal infection or if you have psoriasis or eczema on your scalp. I'll go through this a little faster, but I like that it's a thinner shampoo and comes out of the bottle without me having to try to shake my arm like I wanna throw a fastball. And no shampoo cost $50. I really appreciate the price of the shampoo and the marketing. I don't mind smelling woodsy . Women never forget to look in the men's products.
